"I reckon it's our new marketing strategy - people still need what we offer but we had to make them aware of it in the right way."

"Oh, we've been cutting back on all that kind of thing to reduce costs. Who's behind your success?"

“Our PR and Marketing Department take the credit and it is money well spent.”

“How did they work the magic then?”

“They looked at what we had been doing and asked loads of questions. Then they went away and did some thinking before they came up with solutions. We agreed the plans and they organised everything; like talking to the media, copywriting, design, photography, video and internet promotion.”

“So you’ve still got your own department?”

“Yes. Well, actually it doesn’t cost us very much because we share them with a few other successful companies. But they are called The PR and Marketing Department. And they really are our people.”
